A new information  system,  usually referred to as a Customer Relationship Manager can overcome this issue along  with capturing much more information about your customer and your interaction with them.  If that is too complicated,  a system just to create a company-wide (or just between 2 people) address book will eliminate this issue.

Vendor Management

Often you will have multiple vendors that interact with your company’s resources.  A web design firm and a software developed and had created a custom information system for your company. When the two firms overlap, sometime they have trouble working together, or that despite their efforts there is no one inside you company to manage them both. Tidal Consulting can step in an management the whole process, looking at your internal resources and what the vendors are trying to accomplish.  We can help mitigate those time when you realize that you didn’t ask for something you needed. Web

We are just starting roll out web services.  We currently help companies transition to Google Apps which extends Google’s Gmail, Cal, Doc and Site platform for your own domain. We also have ventured into offering Web Sites run on Wordpress which is a blogging engine that can run a full website. Look under Clients to see how we have used Wordpress. We can do theme design or the customization of a pre-made theme,  installation/hosting, extending functionally and training. If you need a more custom solution, we can assist with RFP creation and managing the relationship with your vendor or vendors on the project.
